Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SEER ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, contributors of content, or other users of the Service.
2. Description of Service
SEER is a script monitoring and pipeline management platform that provides:
- Real-time monitoring of scripts and data pipelines
- Automated notifications and alerts
- Performance analytics and reporting
- Integration with third-party services like Slack
- API access for programmatic management
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing adjustments will be prorated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures for your own systems.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency repairs
- Third-party service outages
- Force majeure events
We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
8. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ANSR Studio, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Slack, AWS, or other platforms). Your use of these integrations is subject to:
- The terms and conditions of the respective third-party services
- Your separate agreements with those providers
- Our Privacy Policy regarding data shared with integrated services
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANSR STUDIO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
- FAILURE OF THE SERVICE TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANSR Studio, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
